Contains: Magnesium Citrate, Magnesium Fumarate,Magnesium Gluconate, Magnesium Glutamate, Magnesium Lactate.

Each 1ml of lotion contains 225mg of magnesium, equivalent to 60mg of elemental magnesium.

Way better than traditional muscle rub. The mint is so nice and the arnica really helps!

I bought it for me but my son is in love with it. He used it for his legs and upper body after volleyball practice .
Product works amazing and absolutely buy it again

Absolutely love this product!

I absolutely love this product! Every night I wake up in a lot of pain from numb hands. I will rub this on my hands, wrist and arms, and the pain is gone within a couple of minutes and I can go back to sleep. Prior to finding this product, I would spend up to an hour trying to get the numbness to go away before I can fall back asleep.

Muscle lotion

I’ve only been using it a few days so I haven’t noticed pain improvement in my elbows yet, but I do love the smell.

Who woulda thought a little bottle would make me cry!

I have had an injury to my trapezius muscle in my left shoulder since 2016. It has caused me horrible pain since. I have tried every treatment under the sun to help alleviate it even a little bit.
