All body butters have essential omega 3 fats that benefit the body. Omega 3 fats are very moisturizing and help calm inflammation. Shea is one of the more common body butters and contain vitamins A, E, and F. Shea butter has been used for years to improve hair and skin.

Contains: Magnesium Citrate, Magnesium Fumarate,Magnesium Gluconate, Magnesium Glutamate, Magnesium Lactate.

Each 1ml of lotion contains 225mg of magnesium, equivalent to 60mg of elemental magnesium.

Recommended topical intake is 3– 4 mg of magnesium per pound of bodyweight, every day. Diet and Supplement combined.

Surprisingly excellent and beautifully absorbed.

I bought a bottle at the CNE because I love the smell of french lavender. I also have a terrible time falling asleep. I had no idea the secret to the lotion was magnesium. I rub it on my feet, chest arms and legs. Bravo for discovering a beautiful way to help people fall asleep peacefully. Rachel

I typically do not like the smell of lavender, this one is 10/10 in my books. It doesn’t smell like synthetic or cheap. It’s nice and light smell as well, not over powering.

Love it, use on my feet and my children feet.

This is very nice. Good texture and smells nice but doesn't overpower.
