All body butters have essential omega 3 fats that benefit the body. Omega 3 fats are very moisturizing and help calm inflammation. Shea is one of the more common body butters and contain vitamins A, E, and F. Shea butter has been used for years to improve hair and skin.

Contains: Magnesium Citrate, Magnesium Fumarate,Magnesium Gluconate, Magnesium Glutamate, Magnesium Lactate.

Each 1ml of lotion contains 225mg of magnesium, equivalent to 60mg of elemental magnesium.

Recommended topical intake is 3– 4 mg of magnesium per pound of bodyweight, every day. Diet and Supplement combined.

Works great and smells great too.

Since I started using this lotion before bed my restless leg symptoms have drastically reduced. Smells great and absorbs quickly without leaving any residue on the skin.

Sore muscles

I use the lotion on my sore knees and thighs in the morning. The scent and cool feeling really helps get my legs moving.

Wonderfull!

This cream does me a lot of good, it reduces inflammation and relaxes my legs and feet, as well as reducing my shoulder pain.

Magnesium lotion for sore muscles

I love this magnesium lotion. The first time I bought it that batch had a good amount of wintergreen in it. I bought 3 more and there was no wintergreen in the lotion. I did send an email but I haven’t heard back. Still love the lotion however more wintergreen is a must

This stuff is MAGICAL! I was a retired woman who re-entered the workforce in the retail space. Physical but rewarding work, I found my aches and pains compounding.
